Q. What are the thinnest and thickest products we manufacture?
A. Plastic Suppliers Polyflex currently manufactures between 0.001 and 0.010 inches in printing grades and Labelflex®, as well as thermoforming grades between 0.005 and 0.025 inches.

Q. What O.D is available?
A. We currently offer anywhere from 13" OD to 28" OD on most of our printing grades and Labelflex. We also supply from 19" OD to 40" OD on most of our thermoforming grades.

Q.What core sizes are available?
A. We can offer 3", 6", or 8" cores on narrow width (under 10") printing grade and Labelflex rolls depending on the O.D. On wider width rolls and on all thermoforming grades we prefer 6" or 8' cores but please check with our Customer Service Representatives if you have a special request.

Q. Does Plastic Suppliers offer any type of treatment on your printing grade films to enhance their printability?
A. Yes, we currently offer corona treatment on all printing grade and Labelflex clear film from 0.003 or thinner and on all thicknesses of our white, white mattes, and matte film at no extra cost.

Q. Can I get corona treatment on both sides of the film?
A. We offer corona treatment on both sides of the film on all our whites, white mattes, and matte products only. Our clear film is only offered on one side from 0.003 inches or thinner.

Q. If I need a special length on my rolls or a non standard thickness, can Plastic Suppliers Polyflex help me out?
A. In most cases we can accomodate our customers' needs from special length rolls, non standard gauges, special roll O.D., bar coded labels, special packaging, and in most cases even match a special color.
